Mr. and Mrs. Webster say that the most important part of our program is building education, confidence, and safety. They like how this daycare has a family atmosphere. Some changes that could be made are a more curricular structure. They say that the assistant’s attitudes are very good when they ask any questions and work very well with each other and communicate really well. They would recommend us to others.

Ms. Babbs say she like how much time we spend helping the children minds develop. She says the assistant’s attitudes are very good when she asks them any questions and they work as if you (a parent) were there. She would recommend us to others. She chose Ciera’s Loving Touch Daycare because she knew Ms. Doris from church; she was the only one she trusted with my son. However, this is the only daycare he has been in and she still loves it!

Mr. and Mrs. Washington say the tender, love, and care given to their children each day and growth in their education is the most important part of our program. They love the home environment, the three stars, and the undivided attention the children have, they say the children are all so smart! They say the assistant’s attitudes are good and seem to handle things very well. They would always recommend our daycare to anyone. They love everything about the home daycare. They say some people believe more accidents happen in home daycares, but this has been the best experience for their children. They believe it is so important to the children and parents to trust the child care facility and this childcare has provided this trust.

Ms. Nicholson says safety is the most important part of our program and she likes how small it is. The assistant’s attitudes are good. She would recommend us to others. She thought by choosing a home daycare her daughter would get more attention paid to her. She also thought with a home daycare there would be less health risks like the flu or lice.

Ms. Hickman says the most important part of our program is how Daniel gets treated. She likes how it is close to home. The assistant’s attitudes are good when she asks them any questions and she says they work well together. She says this home daycare is better than a big center because we spend individual time with the kids.

Mr. and Mrs. Person (I've been with the daycare for 2½ years and live by Oakgrove). They make me feel like they care about my child.
We are happy with everything,and the helpers work well together, and I see no need for improvement at this time. We would recommend Ciera's daycare to others. (Ciera's daycare was referred to me).
PCS to Louisanna, if ever I was to return to the area, I would re-enroll my child.

Ms. Formby (I've been at the daycare for 4 yrs. and live on the 41-A by pass). I like the daycare because it has more of a family atmosphere. I love the structure of the program, and the assistance work well together. Right now I see no place to improve.Thanks to the staff for all you do for my child. ( I found Ciera's daycare in phone book).
My child now goes to school and is doing well, but he is in a different school zone then Ms. Doris serves.

Miss. Williams (has been with the daycare off and on for 3yrs. and lives by Cumberland City). The daycare takes the time out to treat each child with loving care. They teach children of all ages 6 wks -5years. the assistance's work really well together. As of right now I do not see any improvement's that need to be made. I highly recommend this daycare to all others. (I found out about the daycare by DHS list).

Ms. Wallace (I've been with the daycare for 4 yrs. and live by Ft.Campbell Wal-mart). Other daycares do not take the time to teach, especially other home daycares, they just baby-sit. This is more than a baby sitting service. I would love it if Saturday's were offered, but I understand everyone needs time for their families.The staff is very friendly, helpful and work great together. From what I see they are very capable of running a good program. At this time there isn't a need improvement. My child has learned so much by being in this program. I would and do recommend Ciera's daycare to other parent's. I'm very blessed to have found Ciera's daycare, thank you Ms. Doris and your staff for everything.

Miss Mory (I've been with the daycare for 6 mo. and live in St.Bethleham). Ciera's daycare was the only one I felt secure enough to leave my 6 week old child at. This is my first daycare, and I don't even worry about her when I go to work. As of right now I don't see anywhere they need to improve,but Saturday care would be nice. All of the staff is EXCELLENT! All of the assistants are wonderful. They are all sweethearts and great with the kids. (I was referred to Ciera's by another daycare. I do and would recommend Ciera's daycare to everyone).

1. My husband and I chose a home daycare because we wanted to send our son some place where he would receive more one on one attention. It was nice to drop him off in a cozy environment where he could thrive and enjoy each day. It is a more personable place where everyone feels like family. Our son received lots of love, but he also was disciplined when it was necessary. The daycare is ran in a very professional manner. Personal matters are kept private such as any problem that the child is having, problems with payments, or whatever the case may be. The daycare has a schedule for the children to follow which is very important. Children are not simply there running around as if they have no home training.There are parties, and picnics planned each year for the kids, and a chance for parents to come together to socialize and get acquainted. There are so many things offered, that they cannot all be named!

2. Our family drove from the Madison Street area, so that our son could attend this daycare for 4 years. He learned how to get along with other children and share, which is essential considering that he is an only child! He was taught everything that is listed on the Brigance test, which is required for all students entering kindergarten. He is currently in the first grade and has an A in every subject!

3. We were extremely pleased with Ciera's Loving Touch Daycare! We would still have our son enrolled but Ms. Doris is not located in our school district. It was very hard having to leave after we had grown so comfortable with Ms. Doris, Ciera and staff. This daycare is truly one of a kind!! We always recommend it to anyone who is looking for childcare. The extra time it takes to drive out to this location is well worth the peace of mind that we were afforded as parents. We never worried about our son while we were at work because we knew that he was in perfectly good and capable hands. We found out about the daycare from phone book.
